Name & canon: Jack | Borderlands series
(Approximate) Age: Mid to late thirties. I go with 37.
Elevator pitch: Abused child becomes lame nerd becomes wannabe hero becomes legitimately insane psychopathic tyrant. That Joker quote about one really bad day? Jack is in the middle of one really, really bad weekend. Currently he's still kinda right in the head so his ultimate goal is protecting people, so come to him if you need THE HERO to do SOME HEROING.
Plans & plot hooks: Rhys was a total pal and told him vaguely about going insane and also that he dies, so that was awesome, thanks Rhys. The Borderlands universe is chock full of Really Weird Stuff so Jack can comfortably handwave it as an alternate universe or something, but it's still got him a little on edge, so Jack will be throwing himself into weird, probably dangerous survival efforts with other people who are also fine with going into weird, probably dangerous survival efforts. He really, really wants off Kharas, okay.
CR you're looking for: Anything! At this point Jack is just kind of generally annoying at worst, so he'll shut down anything that's getting hostile, but boy will he remember it. This is actually a great point to establish CR with him because he's not Handsome Jack quite yet - characters who wouldn't interact with Handsome Jack can get in on the Jack action and then have to deal with strangling people for getting my coffee a little too hot Jack later on when his mental state starts to decline. There's zero way to predict how CR would turn out, but people he likes might end up beaten, brainwashed, or imprisoned because he knows what's good for them. People he hates can pretty much end up in whatever horrible way you want them to. In the meantime, regular Jack wants to make friends! Come hero with him or talk tech or whatever, he's desperately bored and not actually too horrible a pal.

I love Borderlands and am so excited to see a Jack in this game....pls let me throw this loser at him, he can be kind if terrible too sometimes (albeit sans the murdering and brain...washing...)

BUT Jack will totally welcome him into the fold! He'll probably try to get a few folks to come poke around the caverns with him, so Inui could get in on that and they could chat each other up sometime during the trip? He'll definitely be looking to make connections!

Heck yes space adventures???? Jack is just the right amount of awful and crazy to make Inui laugh.
