Elevator pitch: Want to make bad decisions? Get dragged around by a sawed-off maniac? Leap into danger without knowing how the hell you're getting back out? That's pretty much Miles in a nutshell. He's 4'9" and seventy pounds of pure, unadulterated momentum.
Plans & plot hooks: Just about anything is cool. Miles willl be taking up his mantle as Admiral soon enough, so he'll be organizing and adding people to the Dendarii Mercenaries! ... After he stops having amnesia, anyway. Canon smacked him really, really hard. He'll be on the look out for all kinds of interesting people, but doctors are especially important. And he's going to touch all the aliens and/or Star Wars. Just sayin'.
CR you're looking for: A range is good. I love me a good enemy as much as I do allies.
Continuing from the TDM: I'd like to keep pretty much all of Miles' TDM threads canon (assuming you apped in!)

Miles is gonna be hella excited about all the ALIENS. And I loved the bit of miscommunication they had about empires in their worlds. One day Miles is gonna remember that ... oh yeah ... he comes from an ostensibly evil empire ...

Lexa is also a part of a military society (sort of? kind of?), and I've personally found exploring the similarities and differences of that to be interesting. She may be interested in the mercenary thing. Or extremely critical of it. Sometimes it depends on what side of the bed she wakes up on.

YESSSS I'm super down for this. Plus Miles will super be able to sympathize with the whole "survivors of a nuclear holocaust get kind of weird and violent societies." That's. Essentially Barrayar's backstory too, just several hundred years down the line.
