I am Lily and I am bringing you this .... guy.... from the Dishonored book, The Corroded Man. Zhukov is what happens when you do too much void magic. He was once a vigilante type figure in his universes version of Russian + Northern & Eastern Europe ( Scandinavia, The Baltics, etc, etc ) countries that was thrown in jail for fifteen years. Then he found a magic knife, cut up some people, used their bones to escape jail with some funky magic and now wants to reset time and space itself. It's like a hilarious escape from jail movie except with screams of horror. What could go wrong? His hobbies include stroking people's face, being dramatic, and cutting up a mean slice of steak -
