(Approximate) Age: 55?
Elevator pitch: Once upon a time, Zhukov was a mighty hero, a batman, if you will, of his people........... and now he's a corpse! Go figure. Don't do void magic, kids. But he's a very polite, gentlemanly corpse, tyvm. For the magically inclined, he feels awful, like a giant sign that says "this guy is a bad guy you guys." Granted, you know, it's probably not needed given the burned skin and total lack of eyes. However, he himself is not openly antagonistic and happy to work together using his magical ability to jump through reflections and carve bone charms. ( Read, use people and be very nice about it )
Plans & plot hooks: Zhukov wants to dismember people and steal their bones! So he can make powerful charms! You only need like, most of your ribs, right? So if you're comfy with your character losing a limb, he's always there for that. Alternatively, and far more mildly, he really can't stand a lot of light and whilst the heat is okay ( he's burning from the inside, so heat doesn't affect him ), he would really like at least some kind of hat or maybe a scarf and some gloves. Some goggles? Mostly to hide the fact he has no eyes. He would like to not be quite so horrifying to everyone around him and shield himself from the awful day star.
CR you're looking for: Anything, really. Whatever strikes your fancy. He is never rude or unpleasant, but he is dismissive and arrogant if somewhat backhandedly, and he really likes ignoring people for dramatic effect. It's completely understandable if your character keeps him at a ten foot radius at all times.
Continuing from the TDM: I don't mind continuing on from the TDM, if you are fine with it. c:

and honestly the timeline differences works out pretty great for him in general, though barring steve’s case because steve is steve no matter what canon point, and bucky always needs to dance on eggshells around steve :’|
