He is a mostly-reformed shitheel with chronic babyface who is Trying His Best, and also the (former) heir of a massive yakuza clan. he is very small and also very angry.

he usually just glosses over his business stuff with other people because he doesn't think ordinary people should have anything to do with it, so he'll appreciate having somebody around who speaks his language! you can take the baby out of the yakuza but you'll never take the yakuza out of the baby, etc
