They'll need to find a way to power the terminal in order to read anything off the data cylinder! The more power the hull drains from the suits/pearls, the more its own is restored but this won't be enough to put most terminals in working order until after Nov 11th!

There could be other ways to power it though... A lot of people got power cells after all!
