a belated question! I wanted the new arrivals to be able to get in on the stash giveaway since the exploration of the hull is open until the 11th and they come in on the 9th but in a different area... would they be able to get to the hull as well or can bruce have taken some of this out to where the newcomers are or...? if the newcomers can't get the weapons, that's cool too! i wanted to just double check on the timelines and the arrival locations
