1. Although the power center does not power up per say, some of the terminals begin to flicker on and off with light, and a bar on-screen will show as looking roughly 3% filled. It's gonna take a lot to jumpstart this bad boy.
2. If you can crack the code, you can get it! But trying to interface with the panel will cause the area to go into lock-down: all lights in the room turn red and...and well, that's all the ship has power for. Phew! No getting locked in. But the panel will become inaccessible.
3. There are some blankets in sealed panels which have not rotted away or been eaten by the Kharids, yes! Clara is welcome to a maximum of (2) :)
