If you find yourself needing a break from the game for whatever reason please fill out the form below with your information, your character's information, and the duration that you'll be gone for! Please keep in mind our hiatus rules:
LENGTH.
Hiatuses can be declared for up to (30) days at a time.
ACTIVITY EXEMPTION.
A player must be on hiatus for at least (14) days of the month in which they wish to be exempt from AC. If a player hiatuses for a duration which spans 2 AC periods they must select (1) AC period to be excused from. i.e.:
Hiatusing for 30 days between January and February gives you 14 days of excused activity in both months. You must choose (1) to be given a pass on.
REOCCURRING HIATUSES.
We do not allow consecutive hiatuses which pass you on AC without extenuating circumstances. If you wish to go on hiatus after having already been excused from making AC you must pass at least (2) subsequent AC periods to qualify for another exemption. i.e.:
Sally hiatuses for 14 days in January and does not need to make AC. In order to take another hiatus which excuses her from submitting AC, she must pass both the February and March AC periods.
This works out to roughly (1) AC hiatus every (3) months. If you do need to take an extended hiatus for longer than the allowed amount of time, please contact a mod ASAP.
REGULAR HIATUSES.
These are hiatuses which do not/are not used to exempt one from AC. Players can take as many of these as they wish so long as they make AC for the month in which they occur.
That being said, please fill out the following form with "HIATUS | PLAYER NAME" in the subject line if you wish to take a hiatus:
