When Clara initially releases him from the pod, she's prepared to give him the generic welcome speech before ushering him along. But as he fully emerges and starts to gain his bearings and she really looks him over, she's left staring at him like he's a ghost. Due to recent events, she knows the sight of his face well enough for it to feel like she's seeing a ghost. Her eyes widen as he speaks, and his voice strikes an odd sense of familiarity within her as well.

"What did you expect to see?" She cautiously questions him, backing away enough that he can have some breathing space and room to move.
