It depends on how much your character uses their powers. Currently Peter will have access to 20% of his super-strength, so for example if he could lift 1000lbs before, he's now limited to ~200lb. If he stays in direct sunlight and keeps charged then he should be able to recover his suit's power without issue after moderate use, but he would also go through his water much more quickly so be careful!

We don't have a set rate at which powers drain because stronger powers drain more than weaker powers. We're leaving it mostly up to player discretion :)
