As far as Cole's powers go, all abilities granted to him being having been a spirit will consume suit power. You can choose to keep his passive ability of having people forget him or discard it! His psychometry will be allowed so long as it is restricted to feelings only, and not to actual events (as this would go against our time-travel and pre/reverse-cognition rules.
