hi mods!! this is probably an easy question, but since handicaps/missing body parts got specifically mentioned I figured I should probably check just to be safe.

I'm considering apping Fuyuhiko from the Dangan Ronpa series, who's blind in his right eye. The explanation is kind of convoluted because the game is ridiculous (I can go into it if you need me to though!), but the long and the short of it is that he's strongly implied to have removed his eye and replaced it with someone else's (the explanation is again super convoluted, but ftr there's no indication he could ever see with the "replacement" eye). Other characters with similar body mutilations are shown to have later replaced them with artificial limbs, but Fuyuhiko is not— it's not clear whether he just left it as-is or at least removed the replacement eye, but he's permanently blind in one eye regardless.

Aside from not being able to keep his sick eyepatch, is that the sort of disability that would need special consideration or nah?
